Cherry tomatoes, marinated mozzarella balls and fresh basil.
Made with tasty red and yellow cherry tomatoes.

Avocado Chimichurri Bruschetta

Cubes of avocado folded into a Chimichurri Sauce, an Argentinean sauce of parsley, cilantro and garlic. Makes a great vegetarian offering.

Smoked Salmon & Caper Bruschetta

Cream cheese with a hint of lemon topped with a slice of smoked salmon, capers and fresh dill. Smoked salmon lovers say these are the best!

Fried Brisket Balls

Sous chef Brooke's latest creation. Panko fried brisket balls served with our housemade Carolina BBQ sauce.

Saffron Suppli with Marinara

Saffron risotto balls, stuffed with fresh mozzarella, Panko-breaded and then fried. Served with our warm housemade Marinara sauce. This was probably our very first hors d’ouevre and still one of the most beloved by guests. Cooked on site.

Buffalo Chicken Balls

These are crispy crunchy balls of spicy buffalo sauced chicken and cheddar cheese. Served with your choice of housemade blue cheese or jalapeño ranch dip and celery sticks. Cooked on site.

Watermelon Bites

Watermelon, goat cheese, bacon, and basil in a balsamic glaze. Wonderfully fresh bites of watermelon skewered for easy handling and served on a teardrop spoon.

Bacon Wrapped Cheese Stuffed Jalepeños

Someone say Poppers? These are the best made with fresh jalapeños stuffed with roasted red pepper and garlic cream cheese, cheddar cheese, then bacon wrapped and broiled to perfection. These are one of our newest additions and you will love ‘em. Cooked on site.

Southwest Chicken Eggroll with Cilantro Sauce

Shredded chicken, fresh pico de gallo, mozzarella and bacon inside a fried flour tortilla. Served with a spicy cilantro sauce. These must be cooked on site.

Crispy Parmesan Basket of Herbed Goat Cheese

Looking for something delicious and different? Creamy cilantro and chive goat cheese piped into crisp baskets made of fresh parmesan, topped with chopped Kalamata olives and toasted walnuts. We make the parmesan crisps the day of the party and pipe them on site to preserve this delicate delight. Vegetarian option…but everyone will want one, for sure!
