Boneless breast of chicken sautéed on our Marsala wine & fresh mushroom sauce. Served with parmesan mashed potatoes, fresh green beans and Caesar Salad.
This recipe comes from one of my best friends and we have been serving it for years. Never had someone try this dish and say anything but YUM!!! We hand cut a "Frenched" boneless white and dark chicken that is marinated in green olives, prunes and herbs for 2 days. Then we bake it in white wine and brown sugar. Served with herbed-butter noodles/or cashew golden raisin rice pilaf, braised matchstick carrots in Shiner Bock and topped with fresh dill. Side of a mixed green salad with choice of dressing and our cracked black pepper and fresh rosemary focaccia bread.
Braised Chicken Thighs with Button Mushrooms
Slow cooked moist boneless skinless chicken thighs in a rich mushroom sauce over herb-buttered egg noodles. Served with thyme braised carrots and a traditional Caesar salad and bread sticks.
Boneless breast of chicken sautéed then smothered in our housemade alfredo sauce, mushrooms and fresh spinach. Served with cashew golden raisin rice pilaf, broccoli bacon salad & Mixed Green salad with Ranch.
Definitely a Bowties to BlueJeans favorite lunch. Crispy breast of chicken topped with rich tomato and black olive sauce. Topped with mozzarella and parmesan cheeses and served over spaghetti. Side of traditional Caesar salad and cheesy garlic bread. Eggplant Parmesan is offered for vegetarian.
Chicken with Sauce of Fine Herbs
Boneless chicken breast with the rich cream sauce of fresh herbs – chervil, thyme, parsley, tarragon, chives & shallots, served over buttered egg noodles. Sides include fresh steamed broccoli and field green salad – topped with crumble blue cheese, granny smith apples and spice pecans.
Stout & Cheddar Meatloaf Wrapped in Bacon
Angus beef and lots of vegetables sautéed in Guinness Beer and sharp cheddar cheese. Now, wrap that all in bacon. Not sure there exists a better meatloaf. Served with mashed potatoes, braised carrots, and a chopped wedge salad.
Fresh Spinach & Ricotta Lasagna with Bolognese
Fresh pasta, mozzarella, parmesan, creamy béchamel sauce, spinach-ricotta and rich meat sauce lasagna. Served with a traditional Caesar salad and our housemade cracked pepper and fresh rosemary focaccia.
Mexican Lasagna – Bowties 2 Blue Jeans Original
Ground beef mixed with a creamy béchamel sauce, green chilies, corn tortillas, Monterrey jack and cheddar cheese, topped with a dollop of sour cream and cilantro leaves. Served with Charro beans/or Spanish Rice, our housemade Mexican salad, chips & fresh salsa.
Slow braised beef chunks in a rich sour cream sauce over herb-buttered noodles. Served with fresh green beans and choice of salad. Served with our garlic-buttered French bread.
Beef and Chicken Fajitas
Marinated beef and chicken seared to perfection with multicolored sautéed peppers. Build your own fajitas with our flour tortillas, guacamole, cheese, sour cream, shredded lettuce and pico de gallo. Served with Borracho beans, Spanish rice, chips & salsa.
Served with roasted garlic mashed potatoes, fresh green beans with caramelized onions and biscuits & butter. Choice of sauce:

Pork Chop Duxelles
Seared center cut pork chop smothered in our Duxelles sauce made of fresh mushrooms, shallots & tomato. Served with mashed potatoes, vegetable meadley, and choice of salad.
Pulled Pork Style BBQ Sandwich & Dessert
Carolina style BBQ comes from our Texas kitchen. Slow roasted, pulled pork and/or chicken, topped with cole slaw on a sesame seed bun. Side of sliced pickle, potato salad, boston baked beans and strawberry shortcake. This is not just BBQ, it’s “Bowties” style.
Portabella Mushroom Stroganoff
This “vegetarian delight” is a rich and meaty portabella version of the classic dish. Served over egg noodles and choice of side and salad. (24 servings minimum)
