Chef Vikki

Trained at The Culinary Academy of Austin 2005 – 2006, Chef Vikki Bowen is passionate about creating the perfect menu and taking her time to make beautiful, delicious food. From fresh handmade pasta to herb garnished dressings, each menu item is made with care in the ALL SCRATCH-SMALL BATCH kitchen.

Services and Delivery

We offer full service or “drop-and-go” style catering. We can provide staff to setup, serve and clean or just deliver your food and let you take it from there. Both styles of service include disposable plates, cutlery and napkins. Either way, Chef Vikki plans your ideal menu, shops for the finest ingredients, finds the perfect party supplies, cooks with magic and even helps set up.

Drop & Go Catering - We will create your menu items in our commercial kitchen and set it up at your event. This is appropriate for many breakfast, lunch, business meetings and parties that do not necessarily need serving or cooking staff. We have nice disposable chafers for keeping food hot and nice disposable trays for a great presentation. Our minimum order for drop and go is $500.00 plus delivery & set up. If you would like to pick up at our kitchen in Round Rock minimums would not apply.

8% disposable fee is added for “drop-and-go” service or pick up orders. This charge is for the deli trays, bowls, etc necessary for food transportation. We always suggest you replate our food onto nice platters for the best presentation.

For full service catering, all of our hot or warm Hors d’Oeuvres are cooked on location to ensure freshness and many venues do not have the necessary equipment. We can bring portable ovens, fryers and griddles to the site and in some cases, we may need permission from your venue for this equipment.

Full Service Catering - This is any event that requires on site cooking and servers to set up, replenish and clean up during and after your event. We will usually arrive about 1.5 hours prior to the start of your event and take about 1 hour after for entire clean up. We charge hourly based on portal to portal. Minimums apply.

We charge $30/hour for each staff member (cooks & servers) and $35/hour for each TABC certified bartender.

Depending on location, delivery and set up charges apply:

  • $20 – $50 Delivery to Round Rock
  • $40 – $75 Delivery to Georgetown or Cedar Park
  • $35 – $75 Delivery to Austin north of Town Lake
  • $40 – $80 Delivery to Austin south of Town Lake

Applicable sales tax will be added.

Gratuity in not included, but always appreciated.


Rentals

We own and rent stemless wine and champagne glasses and a few other items to our customers. We can help guide you through the process of setting the stage for your event.
